Kesha was tired. But before I tell you about Kesha...
Happy Monday! Let’s cut through some of this noise.
I bet you jumped right into your "To-Do" list this morning. And that is fine, but it is already 10:00 am and you are...well...exhausted.
If you’re snapping at emails and people, second-guessing your team, or sitting in back-to-back meetings feeling unseen and unheard, that’s not just stress. That’s a signal. 🚨 Are you listening?
👉 A signal that your emotional bandwidth is maxed out. You’re holding it together in the meeting, but the second someone sends a “quick Slack message,” your jaw clenches. You reread emails with tone that isn’t even there. And instead of planning ahead, you're surviving the hour. That’s not leadership—it’s emotional depletion on autopilot.
👉 A signal that your team isn’t reading you—or each other—well. You drop subtle hints. You assume they “should know by now.” But instead of clarity, you’re met with confusion, missed deadlines, and team members who can’t read the room—or each other. You’re managing emotional landmines daily, and no one’s defusing anything.
👉 A signal that communication, trust, and productivity are leaking out the bottom of your leadership bucket. You’ve had the same conversation three times. Performance isn’t improving. The “all hands” meeting felt flat. You’re delegating—but things still come back broken. It’s not a task issue—it’s a trust and communication breakdown that’s bleeding into output.
And guess what? It’s not because you’re a bad leader.
It’s because emotional intelligence is the part of leadership that most people skip—until they’re in crisis. And here is "your crisis."
CLIENT STORY:
Here’s what happened with Kesha | She was a smart, capable director—but tension was rising. Team conflict. Passive-aggressive feedback. Missed deadlines. And after one too many emotional outbursts (hers and theirs), she reached out to me.
In just one coaching series with me using the EQ Impact® Framework, here’s what shifted:
✅ She stopped reacting and started responding.
✅ Her team began trusting her again and communicating clearly.
✅ Productivity went up because emotional clutter went down.
No 90-slide deck. No “nice girl” coaching.
Just real EQ real-time strategies, leadership honesty, and the emotional clarity to lead from alignment instead of exhaustion.
So here’s your Monday question: Are you building a high-functioning team? Or are you just holding everything together with caffeine, control, and chaos?
If you're ready to stop carrying the team’s emotional weight alone—Let’s talk.
Because when leaders spend time with me, here’s what they walk away with:
✨ More effective communication
✨ Repaired trust
✨ Higher-performing, emotionally intelligent teams
✨ Permission to pause and breathe.
You deserve to lead from clarity and peace, not pressure and chaos.
Let’s shift together. ⬇️

P.S. This week, don’t push through the discomfort. Pause.
Ask yourself: Am I reacting from burnout… or leading from brilliance?
