DAY 1 — Awareness Over Impulse

Your leadership shifts the moment you stop reacting on autopilot. Every impulsive reaction costs you trust, clarity, and influence—and most leaders don't realize how often they do it.

When you build awareness before acting, you regain control of the moment and the outcome.

Today's Challenge: Notice the first emotion you feel today. Name it. Delay your response for 10 seconds. Then choose your next move intentionally and with clarity. (If you need more than 10 seconds, please take the pause.)

Example: You open your inbox and feel your chest tighten at a team member's email. Name it: "I'm frustrated." Wait 10 seconds. Then decide: Do I respond now with clarity, or wait until I'm centered?

Reflection Question: What emotion tried to lead you and did you let it?
