The assessment is a powerful assessment for leadership development, executive development and coaching, and developing high potential leaders. EQ Leadership Report displays four key dimensions for high performance leaders. Dimensions are derived from a sample of leaders from mid-level management through C-leadership roles across a variety of industries. As a group, leaders have a significantly higher EQ than the general population (on average 14 pts).
